Dear patients,
Please be advised the surgery will be closed from 12pm on Thursday 27th November 2025 for essential staff training.
Please ensure that all samples are handed in to reception for 11am.
If our practice is closed and you need medical help, please call NHS 111 or contact Hawthorn Medical Centre for a same day appointment. You don’t need to be registered there.
We will reopen as usual 8am on Friday 28th November.
