Reasonable Adjustments
We wish to make it as easy for disabled people to use our health services as it is for people who are not disabled. This is called making reasonable adjustments.
If you have a disability, hearing or visual loss and need us to communicate with you in a particular way, please let any of the team know.
It might be that you want…..
- Letters sent in Braille, large print or easy read.
- Consultations with a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate.
- Support with your lip-reading or help with using a hearing aid or communication tool.
Talk to one of the team and we will work with you to achieve this.
