A First Contact Practitioner Physiotherapist (FCP) is a highly skilled Musculoskeletal (MSK) practitioner.
Patients presenting to the practice with an MSK problem can access an FCP their first appointment, speeding up their MSK assessment, management plan and (if appropriate) investigations and referral onwards.
