Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
If you are not in our catchment area, please find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.
Register with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS register with a GP surgery: Didsbury Medical Centre service
If you are unable to register online, please come into the practice during opening hours and we will hand you a paper copy.
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Once you have filled in the registration form, you should be registered within 2 weeks.
