Patient service advisors
The Patient Service Advisors will help guide you in booking doctors’ appointments, nurse appointments and also help signpost and connect patients more directly with the most appropriate source of help or advice.
They will try to accommodate everyone. Please try and give them as much information as possible when making an appointment, requesting home visits, or wishing to speak to the doctor.
This allows the staff to prioritise the doctors’ and nurses’ work. All information will be treated in strict confidence.

Pharmacy team
Our staff “behind the scenes” ensure that the practice runs as smoothly as possible. This covers numerous areas including hospital referrals, scanning, and recording all blood results and hospital data. Repeat prescriptions are dealt with by the Pharmacy team.
