Closed for staff training

From 12pm on Thursday 8th October we will be closed for essential staff training. We kindly ask that you contact us on another for a routine appointment, or our out of hours service on 0161 336 5958.

If you feel your symptoms are not urgent but still require on the day treatment you can also contact 111 or your local pharmacy to see if you are eligible for the Pharmacy First scheme.

Thank you for your patience. We will reopen as usual at 8am the following day.

How to register as a new patient

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.

If you are not in our catchment area, please find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.

Register with the surgery

To register with the surgery:

If you are unable to register online, please come into the practice during opening hours and we will hand you a paper copy.

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

Once you have filled in the registration form, you should be registered within 2 weeks.
