The Practice Manager
The practice manager organises the administration to enable the practice to run smoothly. If you have any enquiries or complaints then please do not hesitate to speak to her. She will be happy to help. Alternatively, please use the suggestion box facility located in the waiting room.
The Receptionists
The receptionists will help you with nurse appointments, repeat prescriptions etc. They try to please everyone. Please try and give them as much information as possible when making an appointment, requesting home visits, or wishing to speak to the doctor. All information will be treated in confidence.
The Practice Nurses
Our practice nurses are qualified to hold their own clinics and can advise on a variety of health problems. They run clinics designed to prevent illness. New patients will be invited to see the nurse to update medical details and offer general health advice. This introduction helps the doctor and nurse to know more about your medical history until they are provided with your medical file from your previous doctor.
They are qualified to carry out:
Cervical smears
Blood sampling
Ear syringing
Dressings & removing stitches
Dietary advice
Travel advice
Vaccinations |
