As part of the Health of the Nation targets, the practice is updating patient records to include information on smoking, drinking and family medical history. As our aim is to help you, please help us by providing this information.

The Current Recommended Maxima For Alcohol Consumption Are:

(Where a unit is taken to mean a spirit 'short', a small glass of wine or a half-pint of beer/lager.)

(1.5 unit = a short
2.5 units = 1 pint beer/larger
2.5 units = 1 glass of wine)
