How Do I... Make An Appointment?

An appointment system is in place to suit your medical needs. The system includes:

• Routine appointments with the doctor of your choice.
• 48 hours access.
• Specific appointments for working patients.
• Urgent five minute appointments.

To ensure a fair, efficient system we ask patients to ‘plan ahead’ where possible and use the appointments appropriately. Urgent appointments will be strictly for urgent problems eg acutely ill children, acute painful conditions, emergency contraception (not repeat prescriptions). Our staff will help find the right appointment for you.

Appointments can be booked as follows:

• By ringing 445 1957/3731
• In person at reception during opening times.
